‘She’ is a psychedelic poem depicting Mother Nature as the divine intelligent creator, and the rage felt upon seeing humanity unconsciously destroy the natural world, and ultimately itself. We created a morse code effect through a modified New Orleans 1960’s organ, to represent a deep rumbling SOS from the planet.

Recorded live in Prague, with Matt Johnson (Jeff Buckley/St Vincent) on drums and Rob Calder (Angus & Julia Stone) on bass. Ash Radford and producer Rohin Brown (Dope Lemon/The Walking Who) spent weeks experimenting with a trove of vintage analogue gear, and singing in the underground hallways of the haunted studio. ‘She’ is part from the Terra Santa EP, mixed by Nicolas Vernhes (Daughter, The War On Drugs), and Dani Castelar (Paolo Nutini).
