Jealousy is the third single from Caitlin’s upcoming EP, and like the rest of the record, it was produced by guitar progeny Ollie Clark.

Her previous two singles were both featured on BBC Introducing and she was a favourite for the national Radio One Live Lounge Introducing program before the slot was eventually awarded to Bonnie Kemplay. In 2021 she was presented with an award for Young Artist of the Year by Jools Holland during Boisdale Music Awards. Other winners on the night included Emeli Sande and Suzi Quatro.

Caitlin on ‘Jealousy’

I wrote this song about the darkest parts of myself that I’ve been afraid for so long to admit exist. From the irrational fear of losing something or someone, to the pain of watching it happen, despite the fact it’s all an illusion. It’s about the all-consuming nature of those feelings and the desire to escape from them, even if it means losing the thing you love.
